    You receive: a written scope, a current-state review of what you have now, and a fixed price against that scope.

    Design

    You receive: information architecture, user flows and interface designs for sign-off, with accessibility decisions annotated on them.

  3. 03

    Build

    You receive: access to a staging environment from the first week, and a version-controlled repository that is yours.

  4. 04

    Test & handover

    You receive: results of keyboard and screen-reader testing, written documentation, staff training, and every credential transferred to you.

    Support

    You receive: an agreed support window, scheduled updates applied on staging first, and a named person to contact.

    Transposed in Ireland by S.I. No. 358/2020, covering public sector bodies' websites and mobile applications.

    Data minimisation, stated retention, named processors and documented data location on every project that handles personal data.

Delivery and hosting

Everything we build is delivered behind Cloudflare for DNS, global CDN, WAF, DDoS protection and managed TLS, with static and application workloads on Cloudflare Pages and Workers where appropriate. Any WordPress installation we build runs on EU-based origin infrastructure.

Data residency

For any WordPress build we deliver, application data and backups are held on EU-based infrastructure. On every project we tell you, in writing, where your data sits, who processes it and how long it is kept, before you have to ask.
